Alexandria/Pineville is connected to Interstate-10 in Lafayette and Interstate-20 in Shreveport via Interstate-49. There are also multiple 4-lane highways that connect the area in all directions making getting to and from here extremely easy.
Alexandria International Airport, located at England Airpark, provides a world-class air facility capable of handling 747-class aircraft. There are several rental car agencies that operate locally. Alamo, Avis, Budget, Enterprise, Hertz and National all have local offices in Alexandria and/or Pineville or at the airport.
